Continuity Teams

One of our major strengths is the use of multi disciplinary continuity teams in all areas of our business, providing speed, flexibility and quality to each production.

Description of Categories

Team Leader: Key tasks are to set and maintain professional standards and to display a high degree of initiative when dealing with challenges, with the added benefit of strong leadership, integrity and conduct. A regular flow of information is provided creating and fostering a high level of awareness and customer service. Each team leader is fully trained in the turnaround operation.

Turnaround Operative Electrician: This role is held by qualified electricians, who work on both the scenic and lighting areas of operation. He would assist the client’s line management in the lighting operation and would be in overall charge of our personnel during the rigging and de-rigging .

Turnaround Operative Carpenter: This role is held by qualified carpenters, who work on both the scenic and lighting areas of operation, as well as dedicated carpentry duties.

Turnaround Operative: This role is held by personnel who work on both the scenic and lighting areas of operation, as well as small props and dressing sets. All turnaround categories are trained to read lighting plots and are able to work as individuals or as members of small teams.

Scenic Operatives/Show Workers: This category of personnel set and strike scenery, small props, dress sets and also show work, including stand by prop work.
